sometimes led to a purchase and sometimes to
“taking some time to think about it.” Two needs were
identified. People want up to date information on
properties without immediate contact and the need an
incentive to buy something in a store today. The
Real Estate Book is a great way to sit down and
browse all the possibilities, but it is not an easy way to
search for 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for under $250,000.

information printed, may already be out of date,
so the cabin you think
is the cabin of your dreams, is
already someone else’s. Our kiosks are
updated daily.
The internet is ideal for searches, but not while you are
walking down Main Street! This application is intended to be used by
consumers while browsing in a store, hotel lobby or waiting for a table
in a restaurant. It is a self-service touch screen application with a
print out provided for information requested. It also prints a coupon to
redeem at the kiosk location for money off a purchase that business day.
Reports similar to lock box reports that describe activity each month
are emailed to realtors.
