The Technology

We are always watching. The server will dynamically monitor and alert WalterPan by email the following: How many receipts are left and what is the projected run rate based upon historic run rate (from last 24 hours). How many people use which functions on each kiosk per day and totals. How many $-off coupons are printed per kiosk per location and total number and dollar value. How many requests for more information and the email addresses accompanying them. They will be provided to all three agents who “matched” a property to that client. We will also be informed immediately if a kiosk is no longer active on the network. PC Mobile cards will provide wireless access to server without impacting the retailers.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Reports

This is new and different. But unlike other forms of advertising, you can measure this one. Each month, we will send you reports by email that tell you how much activity was generated on the kiosks and which listings were chosen. In addition, real-time reports will be sent out with lead generation on customers who provide their email addresses to get all matches – not just the top five.

The Printer & Receipts

These are two examples of receipts. We will also have a mortgage printout as well as a Things to Do print out. Print outs will be a top 3 or top 5 match. Conventional wisdom says that their will be 50-100 matches in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath segment, so they will rotate in a logical manner. An extra monthly fee can put one agent’s premium listing always in the top 3. The printer is no ordinary printer. The ink is in the paper so it never runs low and the paper is cut before it is presented so it doesn’t jam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why Do Retailers Participate?

   Why are the premier retailer locations willing to dedicate space to Cabin Match kiosks?

  1. Higher close rates in store. People use the kiosk and get a gift certificate to use in the store same day (this is part of our cost at WalterPan – not yours. When contemplating a purchase, many shoppers decide to think about it and come back later to buy – maybe. With a gift certificate in hand only redeemable that day, the temptation is to use it. $5o worth of certificates can mean $500 or more in sales!
     
  2. It is broker and agent agnostic. No retailer wants to favor one realtor over another. All successful realtors are also fellow residents and shoppers. This unit is open to all brokers and realtors.
     
  3. It is small but powerful and attractive. The unit takes up no footprint. It hangs on the wall and only requires an outlet. The paper rolls are easy to replace and the units self diagnose their future issues before they become problems.
     
  4. It makes the shop a destination that will be talked about for not only its great products but its unique service to customers.
     

How Do I Begin?

Start with your broker. Each broker who signs up for the service will have the set up fee waived. For just $200 a month, you will have all of your listings on the kiosks, updated every evening. If your broker does not participate, you still can. Contact us directly. If you are in the tourism business, you can advertise on our “things to do” page. If someone chooses your category, your logo, name, number, hours of operation and activities will automatically print out for them.
