rights to NCR’s Bill Payment Solution software for Russia as well as
the right to reproduce the kiosk housing in Russia for relates to
the solutions and products to enhance economic development and
quality of life inlocal use. Short term, this company is focused on
the self service and customer support industry. Our first solution
will be Bill Payment in utilities. It is also applicable for the
Postal service, Banks, mobile phone service and eventually
department store credit cards. Longer term, the objective of this
business is to grow in a broader spectrum of opportunities for
information technology in the Russian Federation as it specifically
Russia.
WalterPan supplies kiosk software to OOO SIT, a joint Venture between EcoInvest LLC and Electromashina. Electromashina recently signed a deal to supply bill payment kiosks to ChelyabEnergo, the power company of Chelyabinsk, Russia.

WalterPan ensures best in class self service solutions for the
Russian market. Literacy and homogeneity are the two largest market

populace, the risks associated with an under-educated user community
appear to be minimal. Also, in comparison to India or some of the
other emerging markets, Russia has a distinct advantage in that a
single language, Russian, predominates. This saves the difficulty
